National Shipping? No problem! Rentals are available nationwide. Tables, chairs, hot towel cabis, and accessory items typically ship from Chicago or Las Vegas via FedEx Ground, with FedEx Express available for urgent orders. Other carriers may be used if pre-arranged or required, depending on your order's needs.

Shipping Protection & Insurance

To ensure peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance for rental equipment. Customers can add insurance coverage at checkout or purchase it separately. This coverage protects against loss or damage during transit.

If you would like to add shipping insurance, simply choose the declared value insurance on each product rental page as you create your cart. You can also purchase insurance separately by visiting our insurance purchase page.

Returning Your Rental

FedEx Drop-off & Pickup Options

Customers can return their rental equipment at any FedEx drop-off location at no charge. Simply bring the properly labeled package to the nearest FedEx Office, Walgreens, or authorized FedEx drop-off center. This is the fastest and easiest way to ensure your return is processed on time. Cutoff times for ground pickups vary by location, so you can call ahead to ask them when their last pickup is for your planned dropoff day, ensuring your return is on time.

If you prefer, you can schedule a FedEx pickup instead. Pickups should be booked in advance and can be scheduled as soon as the next business day. No same-day pickup is available for ground shipments. You can request a pickup by visiting our FedEx pickup scheduling page.

Rental Return Assistance

We offer rental return assistance to ensure a smooth return process. Our team can help coordinate shipping label generation, scheduling a pickup with major carriers like FedEx or UPS, or arranging a courier return in select locations. This ensures your equipment is returned on time without unnecessary stress.

We also offer Rental Rescue for customers who need extra help returning their rental. If your packages are stuck, you need immediate assistance, or you did not schedule a pickup with us and cannot manage the return process on your own, we can step in. Rental Rescue is typically purchased as a separate add-on order, allowing us to assist you in getting your equipment back without hassle.

If you've lost your return label and no one is available to label the package for return, we can provide a FedEx Call Tag. This allows the carrier to pick up your package without needing a printed label. FedEx Call Tags are also purchased separately as an add-on order.

Warehouse Pickup & Drop-off

Rental pickups are available in our Chicago and Las Vegas warehouse locations. Pickup hours vary by warehouse but are typically between 8 AM and 4 PM on weekdays. No weekend hours are available for pickups or drop-offs. However, weekend returns can be arranged through a courier service using our weekend courier options.

To select pickup at checkout, use coupon code RENTALPICKUP. This will ensure your order is processed for local pickup instead of shipping.

Warehouse Pickup Requirement: A valid picture ID is required for all warehouse pickups. The ID must match the name on the order, and we will take a photo of the ID for verification. Rentals will not be released without proper identification.

Special Services

Courier Services & Event Transportation

For customers needing specialized delivery options, we offer a range of courier services. Our local courier options are ideal for event-specific or urgent equipment deliveries, including eye surgery equipment transportation in the Chicago and Las Vegas metropolitan areas.

Weekend, early, and late courier pickups can also be arranged for those with scheduling constraints. FedEx is typically used for deliveries to event locations, but we have a network of couriers available for time and day-specific deliveries.

Important: Waiting time for deliveries or pickups may be charged if required. To avoid additional fees, please ensure the equipment is ready for pickup or delivery, and that the designated contact person is available at the scheduled time.

Late Returns & Lost Equipment

Returning rental equipment on time is essential to avoid additional charges. If a rental is not returned by the agreed-upon date, full rental charges will continue to apply daily until the equipment is received. If the delay is caused by a carrier failure and the customer has properly labeled the boxes and placed the item in the designated pickup area, and the pickup was booked through us, we waive the late rent. However, we do need your help to ensure that the equipment is not stranded, so your assistance with the event location may be critical to ensuring that no additional rent applies.

We understand that losing or having a rental stolen can be stressful. If you find yourself in this situation, we are here to help. Whenever you step in and ask, we will guide you on how to stop charges and complete a rental buyout, ensuring a smooth resolution.

International Shipping

Customers can check out with an international destination in Canada without needing to contact us first. However, ground shipping orders may be subject to cancellation, as customs regulations can delay delivery. To ensure timely arrival, we recommend selecting express shipping.

Express shipments may also incur customs charges, which will be processed as an additional order in our system when applicable.
