Body Support Systems, Inc. Limited Warranty
Our products are manufactured in the USA of the highest quality components available. With proper care and appropriate cleaning, it is not unusualfor our positioning products to last the lifetime of a practice. All warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. All warranties are void if the Body Support Systems, Inc. products were not purchased from an Authorized Distributor, as evidenced by proof of purchase. Anyone claiming to be an Authorized Distributor, who is not in fact authorized, is breaking the law and subject to consequences. If you are ever in doubt, contact customer service to verify a Distributor's status. The warranty coverage is as follows:
Vinyl: Covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Body Support Systems, Inc. (BSS, Inc.) will within three (3) years from date of purchase, repair or replace (at BSS, Inc.'s option), the vinyl coverings of your positioning product(s) if the vinyl coverings prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover straps or Velcro®, nor does it cover damage arising from normal wear, accidents, misuse, alteration, or lack of reasonable care and cleaning. If vinyl replacement is sent to the owner under warranty coverage, the owner may be asked to return any 'failed' part(s) to BSS, Inc. for inspection.
Foam: Covered by a lifetime-limited warranty and guaranteed never to go flat. BSS, Inc.'s foam is warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product and is guaranteed to never go flat. This warranty does not cover the softening of the foam from normal use, nor does it cover damage arising from normal wear, accidents, misuse, alteration, or lack of reasonable care and cleaning. If foam replacement is sent to the owner under warranty coverage, the owner may be asked to return any 'failed' part(s) to BSS, Inc. for inspection.
Face Support Base: Covered by a 3-year limited warranty. BSS, Inc. will within three (3) years from date of purchase, repair or replace (at BSS, Inc.'s option), the plastic Face Support Base if such plastic Face Support Base proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear, accidents, misuse, alteration, or lack of reasonable care and cleaning. If a plastic Face Support Base is sent to the owner under warranty coverage, the owner may be asked to return any 'failed' part(s) to BSS, Inc. for inspection.
Cotton Covers: Covered by a 90-Day limited warranty. BSS, Inc. will within ninety (90) days from date of purchase, repair or replace (at BSS, Inc.'s option), the cotton covers if such cotton covers prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear, accidents, misuse, alteration, or lack of reasonable care and cleaning. If cotton covers are sent to the owner under warranty coverage, the owner may be asked to return any 'failed' part(s) to BSS, Inc. for inspection.
