When will my tables arrive?
Standard FedEx is planned to arrive 1–2 days before first use. Need a specific window? Express or courier services are available to meet exact timing; pricing reflects the service level you choose.
Can you deliver very early, late, or on weekends?
Yes—nationwide courier delivery is available for early/late/weekend windows. For many Chicago or Las Vegas events, we can use courier only (no FedEx) end-to-end. For multi-date schedules, we can organize a simple spreadsheet to plan in advance.
How are rentals cleaned?
Each piece is inspected and sanitized with medical-grade disinfectant between rentals. Disposable covers and sheets are available to purchase for events.
What condition should I expect?
Professional, well-maintained rental condition. You may see minor cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect use.
Will I know where my shipment is?
Yes. Every shipment has a tracking number and you receive email notifications on pickup and on delivery.
What happens if a pickup fails?
If you purchased the FedEx pickup from us and the equipment is labeled, accessible, and ready at the scheduled location, we actively monitor it and notify you if a pickup is missed so you can avoid extra rent.
If you didn’t purchase pickup from us, we can’t monitor or intervene with the carrier.
Is white-glove delivery available?
Yes. We can arrange full courier service with inside delivery and setup at most venues. Ideal for high-profile or time-tight events.
Can I reprint invoices for reimbursement or budgets?
Yes. Log into your account any time to view past orders and download invoices.
Why is a security deposit required?
It lets us replace gear quickly if an item is lost or damaged. Most deposits are refunded in full within about a day of return and inspection; large orders can take up to three days.
